What is the warranty for my PORTER CABLE tool?

ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

PORTER-CABLE industrial tools which state that they come with a one year limited warranty are warranted for one year from date of purchase. We will repair, without charge, any defects due to faulty materials or workmanship. This limited warranty does not apply to accessories or damage caused where repairs have been made or attempted by others. Proof of purchase showing when and where you purchased the product may be required. Because we cannot control the quality of products sold by unauthorized sellers, this warranty applies only if the product was purchased from us or one of our authorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law. We reserve the right to reject warranty claims for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized internet sites.

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTIES.
