Battery powered Brad Nail gun

Struggling with 2" brad nails.  It seems like the gun keeps jamming after about 3 or 4 solid shots, it starts trying to feed two nails in at a time or it jams up and wont shot anything. I have used other sized just fine in the past. After struggling with the 2" brads, I moved to a different brand nail in the 1.75 inch size, Worked fine for about 5 or 6 nails, then the same issue. Any ideas or help is much appreciated

  Customer Service Team, I am having this same issue. My battery powered brad nailer keeps jamming. I have to un-jam almost every nail. Please advise.
