    Hello JAMES STUDAWAY and thanks for contacting us.  

    We apologize for the trouble you are having with registering your tool and would like to help.  

     We no longer require your tools to be registered for warranty.  We ask that you keep your receipt for proof of purchase, and present it to our repair agent, should you ever need to make a claim. We will ask for the model number, date code and serial number from the tool itself for warranty purposes.
