Remove the idle control cable from the engine throttle. Re-tighten the throttle lever nut on the engine to prevent hunting or surging

Loosen and remove the quick connect and chemical injector (as one piece) from the idle control assembly.

Remove the pressure hose that leads from the pump to the idle control assembly from the high pressure pump outlet.

Thread the quick connect / injector onto the high pressure pump outlet. Make sure to use a thread sealer to prevent possible leaking.

Loosen the bolts holding the idle control assembly in place on the frame and remove the assembly.

Connect your hose, gun and wand assembly to the pump and turn on the water supply to verify there are not any water leaks before starting the machine.
